The importance of meditation & hydration.

Dehydration can contribute to fatigue, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, digestion disorders, skin conditions, allergies and asthma to name a few.

Researchers estimate that 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated – which is ironic since people in so many parts of the world don’t have access to clean drinking water!

Science has found that meditation lows brain activity processing, and the benefits of meditation are better focus, less anxiety, better sleep, memory, and reduced stress.

A person needs only 10 minutes a day of meditation to obtain many of these benefits.
